"TRAPPED" in the Village Hall - A Midsomer Revue 18/19th June 2010

Hardington Players would like to thank all those who supported our recent event at the village hall.We all had great fun putting the show together and were well rewarded by receptive audiences on both evenings.Of course, being on stage is only one part of the whole and a great deal of work is done in other areas. We are ,indeed, fortunate to have the talents of Derek Richards whose artistic flair and technical know-how have been such an asset in this and other productions.Similarly Jim LeFeuvre has always delivered exactly what is required in terms of sound and special effects in his own quiet and unassuming way.We would like to extend our thanks to them for making both evenings go with a bang!
Thanks must be given to Alan Grassam who had the belief that we could pull off a one-act play -a first for the Players -and in view of the apparent success-perhaps he could be persuaded to repeat the experience next year!
Without question, everyone involved in both evenings, from setting up the hall to the design and printing of the programmes deserves thanks.Lastly but by no means least-the audience.Thank you for your support and participation.Judging from the feed-back(excuse the pun) picnicking was a great success-a format worth repeating in the future.Hardingtonians certainly know how to picnic!
